Survey and 3DLS on board MV SONGA GRAIN

ARGO NAVIS ENGINEERS LTD successfully completed surveying and 3D laser scanning on board MV SONGA GRAIN, an 82672 DWT Bulk Carrier.

We attended and performed an on-board inspection in Rotterdam, Netherlands to investigate the feasibility of installation of Ballast Water Treatment Systems.

During the inspection, we performed a 3D laser scanning of all selected areas and, in particular, Engine Room Floor Area in the vicinity of the two (2) main Ballast pumps and the pipe routing serving the APT, Engine Room 3rd Deck including the Workshop and the Engine & Elect Store, Engine Room 2nd Deck, fore side, Upper Deck Aft Area (starboard side) & Paint Store, Funnel B Deck (starboard side) and D Decks (port & starboard side).
